Workshops

As part of the PVT Forum project, two international workshops have been organised to contribute to the PVT roadmap. Both workshops were held in June of 2004, the first during the 19th European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference in Paris, France; the second during Eurosun 2004 in Freiburg, Germany.

For both workshops, several market experts and PV and solar thermal experts have been invited to share their views in a discussion on the role of PVT in the market, and to identify the strengths, weaknesses, market opportunities and market threats for PVT.

The workshop results are an important contribution to the overall goal of the PVT Forum: the writing of a PVT Roadmap, formulating the necessary steps to develop and enlarge the market for PVT.
